The Rosso Family business began in 1931 in Larizzate di Vercelli. Under the Naturalia brand, the company has been run by the founder's great-granddaughter, Federica, since 2003. The company grows, processes, packages and sells white and half brown Carnaroli rice, Piemonte Thaybonnet white rice, Black Piemonte rice and Red Ermes rice. The product range is completed with Ready-to-Cook Risottos in totally original recipes (Carnaroli white rice) based on freeze-dried (not dried) Truffle, Mushrooms, Flowers and edible Herbs, with no preservatives or added flavorings. Farm management is based on the concepts of environmental sustainability, agricultural rotation, healthy soil.
